Hello, my name is Natasha. Welcome to Memoirs of a Tale Weaver!
As you probably guessed by the title, I am a Tale Weaver. In other words, I am a writer/aspiring novelist. There are few things that I enjoy more than sitting down to write a story, especially if I have a few friends to procrastiwrite with.
I am an avid reader, and have been for many years. My love for the classics is a relatively recent development, but is nonetheless passionate. So when I’m not writing, I can usually be found reading something like Grimm’s Complete Fairy Tales, or Frankenstein, or even All’s Well That Ends Well. True, they’re not the easiest things to be reading, but I enjoy them nonetheless. Some of my other favorite authors include J. R. R. Tolkien, Anne Elisabeth Stengl, and John Milton.
You could ask me where I’m from, but the whole answer to that is a long story, so I generally answer that question with, “Here and There.” No, it’s not very specific, but it is a book reference, which is why I like it.
I am also a Christian, an only child, a pastor’s daughter, and a homeschooler. I love being all of those things, and would never trade those things to be anything else. I really do consider myself to be a very blessed individual.
And there you have me and my life in a nutshell! I do hope that I’m not boring you at this point, but if I am, don’t bother to follow me. I won’t be offended. I wouldn’t know anyways.
Galu! (Elvish for “A blessing.”)
